  “We were so pleased with Window Replacement Center! We had 12 front windows replaced in our older apartment building, and Mark and his team really went above and beyond. We got quotes from a couple of companies, and Mark’s was not only more competitive, but the other company gave us some confusing information about the window styles we were looking for. Mark was a true expert and provided us with the right guidance from the start. Throughout the whole process, Mark was fantastic – he was always available to answer our questions and concerns, and he responded quickly via email and phone. The installers were incredibly professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job, even being very careful with our carpets. They took 2.5 days to complete the work, and cleaned up perfectly after each day. Plus, they handled all the tricky paperwork to get the city permit, which was a huge relief for us.   “A year on, we’re absolutely thrilled with the work Windows Mark and his team did. They were fantastic – really responsive, too, when we had a minor issue with one of the frames, and Mark went above and beyond to get it sorted out. He consistently checked in to make sure we were happy with the final result. Just a quick note to anyone considering replacement windows – it’s important to know they typically work with your existing frames, fitting the new windows within them. This means the overall window surface area is a little smaller due to the extra space taken up by the frames themselves.” report abuse

  “I’ve been incredibly impressed with Mark and his team. Fifteen years ago, Mark replaced all the windows in our three-story house – about 25 of them – and they’ve held up perfectly ever since, weathering everything from heavy rain to intense sun. We were so pleased with the work, and considered it one of the best home improvement projects we’d ever undertaken, and a fantastic company to work with. More recently, I’ve used them to replace windows and a sliding door at two other properties, and I’ve been consistently impressed with their timely, reliable, and competitively priced service.   “Overall, Mark and his team did a fantastic job replacing the large window in the living room. The window itself is really well-made – a good quality product and looks great. I was a little surprised they had to improvise getting it through the backyard door, having to bring it over the roof, but they took the time to do it properly and sealed it meticulously.
