It really speaks to the quality of their work. From the very beginning, Greg May, the owner, took the time to truly understand our vision and offered some fantastic suggestions. What impressed us most was their commitment to professionalism and attention to detail – they were clearly a family-run business built on integrity. The scope of the remodel was truly extensive, including everything from updating our kitchen and laundry room to removing a wall to open up the space and adding custom cabinetry, new plumbing, and electrical work. Donna Gutto, the Design/Project Coordinator, was fantastic at translating our ideas into a beautiful, functional space, and Bill Pieper, the Project Manager, kept everything running smoothly and was always available to answer our questions. It’s clear that everyone on the team takes pride in their work, and the result is absolutely stunning.   “From start to finish, May Construction was truly exceptional. My husband and I recently completed a really significant renovation – we’re talking removing load-bearing walls, completely redesigning our kitchen and floor plan, new flooring throughout the first floor, new windows, a skylight, and remodeling our three bathrooms. Honestly, we were a little nervous going into a project like this, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Greg, the owner, was fantastic at laying out the whole process for us and keeping us in the loop about the budget and timeline from the beginning. But Bill, our project manager, was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly responsive and always on-site, and he did a brilliant job coordinating all the subcontractors – they were all top-notch too!   “We were absolutely thrilled with the work May Construction did remodeling our kitchen and dining room. They completely gutted our old space and rebuilt it from the studs up, including all new plumbing, electrical, cabinets, appliances, flooring, countertops, and a beautiful tile backsplash. From start to finish, the project was handled incredibly well. What really stood out was their approach – they used a “Design-to-Build” process which gave us a huge sense of control and confidence. We were able to work closely with them to plan every detail, and the final cost only increased by a small amount – less than 2% – thanks to our collaborative planning. Plus, the entire project was completed within the 10-week timeframe they initially proposed. But it wasn’t just the schedule and cost; the quality of their work was outstanding. Bill and Eric, the site managers, were fantastic at coordinating the subcontractors, and everyone was clearly dedicated to doing a great job.
