  “I’ve been really happy with Advance Doors and Flooring – I’ve used them to update my recently renovated house over the past year. My contractor actually recommended them, and I was really impressed with the quality and the price. But what really stood out was their Grid closet doors – they’re absolutely gorgeous and have gotten tons of compliments from my family and friends. Beyond the products, the service was fantastic. Desi and the team at the front desk were always so friendly and helpful, especially when they went above and beyond to send me a new weather strip for my garage door without any hassle.   I had a really disappointing experience ordering a custom double door. I specifically requested a personalized door, but when I picked it up, I found significant issues – the corners and one side of both doors were cracked, and they hadn’t even attached the doors to the frame. As a result, I had to take it home and install it myself, and even then, the frame they built was incorrectly sized – the bottom was about 3/8 inch wider than the top! To add to the frustration, when I brought these problems to the attention of the staff, they were incredibly dismissive and impatient. Honestly, I would strongly advise against using this store if you’re looking for a perfectly customized door. Be very cautious when ordering here. report abuse
