  “I reached out to Eric last week and he said he’d be at his shop on Hillsdale Ave at 8am on Monday. It took me a frustrating 15 minutes to actually find the location – including a 15-minute search for the sign and suite number – and I arrived at 9:15am to find the shop already closed. Eric then explained he was out of town on a job and wouldn’t be back for another hour. Honestly, it was a really disappointing experience; I wasted a significant amount of time traveling from San Jose, and he didn’t let me know beforehand that he wouldn't be available. Better communication would have been really appreciated.” report abuse
