Kristy and Gregg are fantastic – they do a really great job and are so easy to work with. I definitely recommend them.

“Cross did a really solid job, and I genuinely believe they’re skilled surveyors. However, boundary disputes are incredibly complex and often come down to perceptions and what people *want* to believe about the land. It’s common for surveyors to unintentionally favor one party in a disagreement. Ideally, a third surveyor would bring a fresh perspective and build upon the work of both original surveyors. Honestly, it’s wise to be mindful of your neighbors and be cautious – boundary disputes involving surveyors are surprisingly frequent, and can quickly escalate.”

“I’m incredibly frustrated with Cross Land and their surveyor, Christy. The situation centers around a disputed property line, and it’s become clear that Christy is deliberately trying to intimidate me. My neighbor’s fence is encroaching on my land, and when I contacted Christy to discuss this, she was immediately hostile and dismissive, claiming I was threatening her. What’s truly concerning is that she then contacted her client and falsely stated that I had threatened her. It took several calls and a direct admission from Christy that I hadn’t made any threats for her to retract the lie. Adding to this, she attempted to undermine my surveyors by questioning their competence. The fact that two independent surveying companies have independently confirmed the encroachment and recorded different results at the county only highlights the issue, yet Christy continues to aggressively defend her own report. Her behavior has been unprofessional, arrogant, and frankly, quite shocking. Because of this, I’m deeply disappointed with Cross Land’s conduct and will not be pursuing any further business with them.”
