  “We’re so pleased with the progress on our ADU – it’s been a fantastic experience thanks to the team. Getting the initial permits took a little time, but once they were approved, things really moved quickly and smoothly. The communication has been absolutely outstanding; Kaitlin and Zeev have been incredibly responsive, keeping us updated almost daily with texts about the work being done and who’s on site. They’re genuinely hands-on and we always see one of them, and if not, they’re quick to call or text.   EG Creative Design Build completely transformed our detached garage into a stunning one-bedroom ADU. Ricardo was incredible – he really took the time to completely renovate the space, taking it down to the studs and creating a beautiful, fully functional apartment with a laundry closet. He handled absolutely everything, from framing and installing new windows and flooring to electrical, plumbing, lighting, insulation, and even painting inside and out.
