“I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. From the start, things went terribly wrong. After getting a quote, I moved forward quickly, but they didn’t show up for the initial measurement until 9 pm – weeks after they were scheduled. Naturally, the measurements were inaccurate, and the installation was ultimately delayed. Then, issues continued with the paint job, bubbling up months later, followed by more problems just a few months after that. It took multiple unanswered phone calls and finally showing up with no prior notice to get someone to address the issues. Now, I’m stuck dealing with a completely botched job and facing the difficult decision of pursuing legal action to recover the money.”

“I’ve been the one to reach out to them repeatedly over the last few months to keep the project moving, but it’s incredibly frustrating. The final measurements last month caused a significant delay, and despite it being a month later, they still haven’t scheduled the work to begin.”

Nancy really liked the work – she especially noted the strong and secure railing and the solid concrete. Thanks!
