  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this alarm system company. From the start, they completely disregarded my request and installed their own system, significantly overcharging me for it. When I pushed for the system I originally wanted, they provided a used, discontinued one that hasn’t functioned properly since. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone, and they’ve been consistently unable to resolve my issues, offering vague excuses and adding more sensors in a desperate attempt to fix things. Now, when I try to cancel, they’re threatening me with fees – it feels completely deceptive.   I had an incredibly negative experience with this company, and I strongly advise against using their services. For three years, I relied on them, only to discover they’d been deliberately misleading me. My initial contract was supposed to be two years, but it turned out to be a five-year agreement – a blatant lie. Then, after attempting to cancel, they sued me for the extra two years I hadn’t paid, claiming ownership of the alarm system, which, I want to be clear, was entirely my own. In court, they fabricated evidence, falsely stating they supplied the system and that I hadn’t paid. The judge appeared to be in their pocket, ignoring my request for an invoice – it was a complete whitewash. Ultimately, I ended up paying nearly $2,000 for equipment they didn't provide. It’s clear to me that this company operates with dishonesty and a disregard for its customers.   “I’m concerned about the sales manager’s approach. Their attitude can come across as dismissive, which makes it difficult to collaborate and get the support needed to bring in new business. Specifically, when I requested a price quote for an alarm system, the manager relied solely on Google Earth instead of visiting the property, and then struggled to locate the building during the installation.   I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I paid for their service for months, only to have my business broken into – and, worse, their product simply didn’t work. No alarms triggered, no sensors responded at all. I waited weeks for a response, and was given a ridiculous 48-hour timeframe before a manager would even look into the issue. After following up multiple times, including three calls, they essentially told me they didn’t know what to do and advised me to just cancel the service and take legal action. Honestly, the whole experience was appalling and made me lose a significant amount of money.
