  “I was completely lost when I first got a pool – I had no clue about the upkeep involved. The first company I used just did a quick 5-minute “clean” and then sent me a bill even though they didn’t provide any real information. Thankfully, I found Alex from Aro Pool Builders Innovation Inc. He was fantastic! He showed up at my house the same day I called, and he really took the time to explain everything about my pool – the water chemistry, how to use the control box for my pool, jacuzzi, and waterfall, and even suggested some upgrades to my old pumps. It’s such a relief to have someone we can truly trust to handle all our pool needs. I haven’t worried about a thing since Alex started servicing our pool, and I’m so grateful!” report abuse

  Alex has been fantastic! I've been using his pool cleaning service for over a year now, and honestly, my pool has never looked better – it’s always sparkling clean and crystal clear.   “We were looking to completely refresh our pool when we realized we needed to resurface, and thankfully found Aro Pool Builders. From the very first call with Alex, he was fantastic – really personable and easy to work with, quickly scheduling an appointment. He explained everything clearly, including the pebble tec resurface and the switch to a salt water system, and he was incredibly patient with our budget concerns. He was willing to work with us to find a solution that fit our needs, and honestly, he was more focused on getting us what we wanted than just making a sale. There were a few details we needed to iron out, and it took a couple of days of negotiating, but we finally agreed to move forward. Throughout the whole project, Alex and his team were consistently on time and did a fantastic job, even when a couple of minor issues popped up. They handled everything quickly and professionally, and never tried to add on extra charges. We even took the initiative to order some of the parts ourselves to get the best price, and they took care of the installation. The end result is amazing – the pool looks completely new! They really went the extra mile, and Alex and Robert are just so easy to talk to; it felt like working with family. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely want their customers to be happy. With Alex handling our monthly service now, I feel completely confident and secure, especially considering the huge transformation he and his team accomplished.   “I was really frustrated with my hot tub and had a few different pool guys come out to take a look. The first one just gave me a quick assessment and said there was a leak, quoting over $1000 to fix it – that seemed completely excessive. Another guy didn’t seem to care about the hot tub at all and suggested I needed a whole new pump and heater, even warning me about a potential fire! Then I called Aro Pool Builders, and Alex was a lifesaver. He immediately started investigating, and it turned out to be a simple leaking gasket – he fixed it for just $50! After that, the jets weren’t working, and he quickly diagnosed a broken switch but thankfully the pump itself was still good. Knowing it was an older pump, I decided to let him replace it, and honestly, it was a fantastic deal – about two-thirds of what the other guys were charging for a similar pump. He installed a Pentair 2hp pump, which really made a difference, boosting the jets to be incredibly strong. I’m so happy with the service and highly recommend Aro Pool Builders!” report abuse
