Brett, our project manager, was outstanding; he was always professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable, keeping us fully informed and promptly addressing any questions we had with great advice. The team – Andrew, Estevan, and Ernie – were also brilliant, arriving on time and working diligently throughout the whole day, even in the challenging crawl space.   “Collin from Foundation Solution did a really thorough job inspecting our house. He explained that the cracks and sagging we were seeing were just normal settling as the house adjusted – it’s nothing to worry about with the foundation itself. He also clarified that the sagging was likely a framing issue. He was so patient and knowledgeable, walking me through everything and even offering some helpful suggestions for dealing with it.
