“I was really pleased with the service I received when they installed my new double bedroom door. Tim gave me a helpful quote, and we arranged a convenient installation appointment. But the real highlight was the installation team – especially Bryan, who did a fantastic job fitting the door and making sure it worked perfectly. He was so patient and thorough, and I really appreciated his efforts to get everything just right.”

“I was really impressed with Interior Door – the whole experience was incredibly smooth and stress-free. We had three closet doors replaced, and from the first consultation to the final installation, everything went perfectly. The team was super responsive with their communication, and the installers, Fernando and Ray, were both incredibly professional. They even took care of some minor blemishes on the doors that came from the manufacturer, thanks to their great 1-year warranty. We also visited their showroom and found the staff to be really helpful. Honestly, I highly recommend them!”

“I chose the materials-only option to stay within my budget, and I felt confident in my ability to handle the installation myself. Just a heads-up – if you go this route, it’s really important to double-check all your jamb measurements and try to ensure the framing is as consistent as possible. Otherwise, you’re likely to end up with a lot of custom cutting, which could potentially damage the materials. If you’re hiring a contractor, they’ll be responsible for the quality of the installation, not the company itself. Finally, if your budget allows, I’d definitely recommend having the Interior Door company do the installation for you – they’ll come out, take precise measurements, and provide a guarantee on their work.”

“I had a really strange experience with this company. I was looking for a new closet door and visited their showroom a couple of times, and the price kept changing – first they quoted $1700, then $1400. It was confusing, but I was relieved when they offered a lower price. They then sent their director, Kristine, to measure, and she gave me a final quote of $1900, which was still off slightly. What really bothered me was that when I asked for a breakdown of the costs, they insisted the receptionist must have made a mistake. They wouldn’t offer any discount and then completely ignored my follow-up calls. It felt like they just didn't value my business, especially considering the difficulty of getting the door to my floor. Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with their lack of communication and customer service – I’ve moved on to explore other options.”
-
“I’ve been really frustrated with this whole process. They initially told me their closets weren't compatible with the door style I wanted, and then sent a consultant who seemed unfamiliar with different door types. After that, they promised to send a sales director to discuss options, but I haven’t heard anything back after four weeks of following up with emails. Honestly, it feels like they’re not interested in tackling projects that require a bit more creative problem-solving.”
-
“I recently purchased a Thermatru entry door (just the material itself), and honestly, the whole process was a bit frustrating. The interior door I got from them was much easier to deal with and they offered a really good price. I’d definitely recommend them for interior doors, but maybe stick with their simpler options for exterior doors.”
-
“They were really helpful in making sure the new door would actually fit – it turned out my old door wasn’t quite as straight as I’d thought!”
-
“Honestly, the price they quoted for installing a bedroom door – $350 – seems completely outrageous. I’ve gotten other quotes for around $125, which feels like a massive difference. It really does seem like they’re taking advantage of people.”
-
“I had a really positive experience with them – they installed my doors back in 2016 and I was very pleased with the work.”
-
“Overall, it was a really professional and smooth experience – everything just worked seamlessly.”
