  “I had a really frustrating experience with a sales representative who contacted us door-to-door. He claimed to be from PG&E and, without our consent, signed us onto a service called Vista. It wasn’t until we received a welcome letter that we realized we’d been charged twice our normal bill amount. Thankfully, the first representative I spoke with was very helpful and assured us they would resolve the issue. However, when I received a subsequent bill and contacted a different representative, they were incredibly dismissive, stating he had no record of the initial conversation and that it wasn’t their problem. It was concerning that he questioned whether we could prove he wasn’t actually representing PG&E.” report abuse
