  American Vision Windows really exceeded our expectations! From the very beginning, Chris Mojarro was fantastic – he took the time to understand our needs, explained everything clearly, and made the whole planning process so easy. He was consistently professional and kept us updated throughout. The installation crew was equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and were so careful protecting our home. They were a large team – eight people – and everyone, including Mark, Luis H, Mario, Luis T, and Porfirio, was courteous and skilled. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were with our two cats and two dogs; they let us keep them contained while they worked, which made a huge difference! By 1:30 PM, the job was completely done, and our home looked fantastic. The new windows and sliding doors are beautiful, and we’re thrilled with the upgrade. We wholeheartedly recommend American Vision Windows – it was a truly seamless and professional experience from start to finish. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with American Vision Windows – it’s fantastic to see such a great result! I recently went with them for a retrofit on my new home, and my salesperson, Jonathan Morales, was fantastic. He came out to my property, explained all the window and door options, and I really appreciated his recommendation for replacing my original windows and doors with the new Anlin windows. The Provia doors for my front entry and garage look absolutely stunning and really tie in with the rest of my upgrades. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the installation team – Luis, Cesar, Jose, and Roberto – they were incredibly professional, efficient, and got the job done in just over a day and a half.   “Overall, Dean Ito did a fantastic job explaining the various window and door options to us. While it took a few months to get everything installed, it was definitely worth the wait – the team led by Louis completed the work in just under half a day, and they really went above and beyond. They were incredibly customer-focused and friendly, and they even took the time to do a really nice job replacing the trim after the inspection.
