“I was really impressed with Architecture West – they did a fantastic job from beginning to end. They had a brilliant creative eye, but it was clear they also really understood how things actually work, which meant the designs were both stunning and incredibly well-considered.”

Honestly, the construction quality of the house itself was excellent – they really built a beautiful home. However, the biggest issue we had was a complete lack of follow-up regarding the typical problems that arise after a new build. They didn’t address even the smallest concerns, and when they did respond, the fixes were often inadequate, seemingly due to them being stretched too thin with other projects. Their attitude was also quite dismissive and lacking in professionalism; they weren’t willing to take responsibility or offer genuine solutions. Ultimately, we ended up having to hire our own contractor to resolve the issues and are considering legal action against Architects West – something I personally avoided due to my aversion to litigation, but it felt unavoidable given their behavior.
