  Honestly, we had a really awful experience with this company. We hired them to install linoleum in our bathroom, and from the start, things just went wrong. They were consistently late for their appointments, taking much longer than originally estimated. When the job was finally finished, the linoleum was full of bubbles, not level with the floor, and it was laid down diagonally – a complete mess! After multiple attempts to get them to fix it, it took over two weeks for them to return. They left a huge amount of mess after removing the old floor, even getting cement all over our carpet. Then, while attempting to fix the problem, they tracked cement dust everywhere, covering our entire apartment. To make matters worse, one of their employees would constantly smoke, leaving a terrible smell. They even used our kitchen bowls for chemicals without asking, which was incredibly disrespectful. The final time they came, they were four hours behind schedule, and they left without cleaning up or putting our toilet back in place properly. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We would absolutely not recommend this company – their service was just terrible. report abuse
