  Working with MN-Built on my house remodel was a fantastic experience – I couldn’t be happier with the finished result. They were involved with every step of the way, and it really showed. They were incredibly professional, respectful, and always seemed to have my best interests in mind. What really impressed me was their attention to detail; they offered some really great suggestions that elevated the project to a much higher standard. Plus, the subcontractors they used were all top-notch and did absolutely amazing work.   MN-Built did an absolutely fantastic job for me – I was so impressed! They were incredibly professional and really skilled at what they do. From the very beginning, they listened carefully to my needs when I explained the repairs to my 3-season porch and the hail damage on my house and garage, and I felt completely understood. They were also fantastic working with my insurance company, and the craftsmanship on the 3-season room was truly beautiful. What really stood out was how personable and kind they were. I’d definitely be using them again for any future projects – they’re one of the best contractors I’ve worked with in my 30 years of homeownership. report abuse

  MNBuilt did an absolutely fantastic job adding an addition to our home and garage. Honestly, we were surprised at how accommodating they were – while other contractors had told us it couldn't be done, they took the time to listen to our needs and budget, and really worked with us to create a design that blended perfectly with our existing house. The quality of their work was outstanding, and we were particularly impressed with how they proactively managed the supply chain, so we never had any stressful delays. They were incredibly easy to work with, and everyone we dealt with was professional and genuinely friendly.   “I was really pleased with Mn Built – I started my search by getting recommendations from local subcontractors and supply companies, and they kept saying how meticulous they were. What really stood out to me was that they’re a small, family-run business, and the father and son team treated me like a partner throughout the whole build.   MNBuilt absolutely blew us away! They built an incredible addition onto our farmhouse, and honestly, went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire project.   “I’m so sorry to hear about my parents’ experience with mnbuilt. It sounds like they really struggled with the remodel, and the results were incredibly disappointing. They experienced significant delays, poor workmanship – with issues like leaking plumbing, damaged new parts, and constant re-finishing – and ultimately, the quality of the work wasn’t up to par. Adding to the frustration, they weren't responsive to follow-up repairs after payment and became insistent on payment without providing invoices. They’re now left with a lot of costly problems to fix, highlighting a serious lack of accountability from the company.” report abuse
