“We initially contacted them for a quote on a survey, and thankfully we connected them with our landscape architect. However, after that, they completely stopped responding to me – despite multiple emails and phone calls. It seemed like their customer service wasn't very responsive, and we decided it was best to move forward with someone else before committing.”
