  ESI did a fantastic job installing the electrical for the new dishwasher. They really went the extra mile, and the space was perfectly prepared for the plumber to come in and finish the job – it made the whole plumbing installation a breeze! It was also a very reasonable price. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received from ESI. I had a problem with a power issue and they sent a technician out within 15 minutes – he actually diagnosed and fixed it in just about 10 minutes! The technician was incredibly professional and friendly, too. What I also appreciated was that they explained the hourly rate upfront – $80 an hour – and I thought that was fair considering the quality of service. It’s something you see in a lot of businesses, and you get what you pay for. I especially want to thank Barb, the administrator, for her help. She was so helpful in getting me the information and service I needed. It was a really smooth experience from start to finish, and I’d definitely recommend ESI.” report abuse

  Honestly, the work they did was just okay. But I was really frustrated with the pricing. They charged me $20 for truck and fuel, even though they’re only a mile away, and then they installed a part I could have bought elsewhere for much less. To top it off, the labor cost me $30 – way more than the usual $60 – because it took only half an hour. It felt incredibly overpriced. report abuse
