  I’m incredibly disappointed with Rol Air’s service. Their installation of our furnace resulted in a devastating flood in our home, causing over $27,000 in damage. After explaining our situation, the representative, Michael, simply stated that our insurance would cover it, and that Rol Air has a strict no-refund policy – which feels completely unacceptable given the significant damage they caused. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with this service. I hired them about a month ago and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. They sent me hero units instead of the rollers I requested, and the technician actually broke more parts of my air conditioning system. Now it’s making a strange noise and I’m still waiting for the necessary replacement parts. I wouldn’t recommend using their services. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with HERO Plumbing. About six to eight months ago, I hired them to unclog my drain and replace the wax ring on my downstairs toilet. They ended up fixing the toilet, but the repair was only temporary. Just weeks later, the bolts holding it down completely snapped, leaving me without a working toilet. It’s incredibly disappointing to learn that the bolts hadn’t been replaced – it felt like a basic step they should have taken, especially considering the $1,500 I paid. Adding to the problem, the receptionist was incredibly rude and immediately denied any warranty coverage. Now I'm stuck with a non-functional bathroom and unable to use it since. If you live in Zimmerman, MN, I’d strongly advise against going with HERO. I’m going to have to hire a plumber from Minneapolis to come out and fix this properly – hopefully, they’ll use quality parts and it won't be a temporary fix. report abuse

He quickly identified a serious carbon monoxide issue with the boiler and took immediate action, which I really appreciated. We decided to go with the on-demand gas water heater, and I was especially happy with the financing plan they offered. The installation crew was incredibly efficient and professional, and I was really impressed with how compact the new unit is.
