  “I had a really frustrating experience with this project. I put down a $1500 deposit to have some work done on my pool deck, but unfortunately, we had to cancel the project because additional pool work was needed to properly ensure a lift. The financing was handled through Green Sky, and they aren’t returning my money, which is incredibly disappointing.” report abuse

  Ryan did a really thorough job – he clearly knows his stuff! He not only inspected our basement, which was originally encapsulated by Basement Systems about five years ago, but he also checked out our crawl space, which we had encapsulated more recently.   Mike was fantastic – so helpful and really knowledgeable about the whole process. He took the time to walk us through the house, explained all the different options clearly, and thankfully, we were able to find a solution that worked perfectly for us without any pressure at all.
