“Overall, we had a really positive experience with Basement Authority. Troy S. was fantastic – he was incredibly thorough, took the time to really understand our concerns, and patiently answered all of our questions during the initial inspection and estimate process. It was clear he was genuinely invested in finding the best solution for our crawlspace.”
-
“I’d been really frustrated with a persistent leak in my basement, and I kept seeing Basement Authority’s commercials and ads everywhere, so I decided to check them out. I did a bit of research, read some reviews, and even watched a few of their videos showcasing their work – it definitely seemed like a viable option for getting the problem sorted.”
-
“Nick and Morgan did an absolutely fantastic job with my crawl space. They really brought it back to life, and Morgan was particularly wonderful – she was so accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied, even working around my hectic work schedule.”
-
“I was really impressed with Basement Authority’s work – they did a fantastic job lifting the concrete slab. David and Isaiah were both incredibly polite and helpful, and they went above and beyond by taking care of a surprise issue of copperheads under the slab. It was really appreciated!”
-
Robbie was fantastic – a really friendly and professional foreman. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and I always felt completely informed about what was happening and what the next steps were. It was great working with him.

“I had a really frustrating experience with this project. I put down a $1500 deposit to have some work done on my pool deck, but unfortunately, we had to cancel the project because additional pool work was needed to properly ensure a lift. The financing was handled through Green Sky, and they aren’t returning my money, which is incredibly disappointing.”
-
Ryan did a really thorough job – he clearly knows his stuff! He not only inspected our basement, which was originally encapsulated by Basement Systems about five years ago, but he also checked out our crawl space, which we had encapsulated more recently. It’s great to see someone so knowledgeable and detail-oriented.

Mike was fantastic – so helpful and really knowledgeable about the whole process. He took the time to walk us through the house, explained all the different options clearly, and thankfully, we were able to find a solution that worked perfectly for us without any pressure at all. The financing support was a huge relief, and we really want to thank Mike and the team for their excellent service.

“The project shifted quite a bit once the initial team realized the original plan wasn’t quite right. Brad Creighton, who took over as foreman later on, stepped in and developed a solid solution, and he really took the lead on making sure it went smoothly.”
-
“Basement Authority’s initial explanation of their solution really impressed me, but sadly, that’s where the positive experience ended. Despite their promises, my basement continues to have moisture problems, and now I’m seeing signs of mold starting to develop.”
