Honestly, I’m still incredibly disappointed with the work Masterson Framing did on our home. From the very beginning, there’s been a constant sense of worry and frustration with their quality. They avoided necessary inspections in key areas, and it became clear that even the most understanding inspectors would have been completely shocked by their workmanship. We even had a crew do a decent job redoing our stairs, but I still regret ever letting them bid on our project – it’s a decision I deeply regret.

“I’m incredibly disappointed with the framing work on our home. It’s been a truly frustrating process – nearly ten months with four different crews, and frankly, the quality of the work has been unacceptable. It’s clear the workers lack a fundamental understanding of proper framing techniques and building codes. I have documented evidence, including videos, showing the same crew repeatedly framing, dismantling, and rebuilding the same wall section, highlighting a serious lack of skill and attention to detail. Beyond the poor workmanship itself, there have also been concerning issues with security and hygiene on site. Items were stolen from the work area, and the Quality Person, Mark, seems more focused on covering up mistakes than ensuring a solid foundation. I’m extremely concerned about the overall quality and safety of this project.”

“I was really pleased with the work Masterson Framing did on my house. The crew, especially Jose, were fantastic, and Mark and Gary were great to work with as the management team – it was a really smooth experience overall.”

“I’ve been really pleased with the work Masterson Framing has done so far on my Fountain Hills project. Mark and Mike were fantastic – they were incredibly responsive to my questions and really took the time to understand what I needed. But the real stars are the framing crew, particularly Jose and Walter, Adam, and Sal. They’re a hardworking, reliable team, incredibly skilled and detail-oriented. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far, and I’ll be adding a final review once the job is finished.”

“We’re over a month into building our custom home with Masterson Framing, and we’re incredibly pleased with the team. Gary, Mark, and Jose have been fantastic – ‘custom’ definitely requires adjustments, and their experience has been invaluable in navigating the changes. Jose’s team has consistently delivered accurate work, and we honestly couldn't imagine doing this project with anyone else.”
