  Honestly, I’ve been incredibly worried and disappointed with the work Masterson Framing did on our home. It’s been a constant source of concern – there wasn't a single day that passed where I didn’t feel anxious about the quality of their work. They avoided crucial inspections, and it was clear they wouldn’t have passed them anyway. Even after they corrected some issues with the stairs, I still regret ever choosing them.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the framing work on our home. It’s been a truly frustrating experience – we’ve had four different crews working on the project over the past nine months, and frankly, their skills and understanding of proper building techniques were severely lacking. I have documented evidence, including videos, showing the same crew repeatedly framing, dismantling, and rebuilding the same wall section, highlighting a clear lack of competence. Adding to the problem, there have been instances of theft of tools and materials left on the site, and unacceptable behavior from the crew. While Mark, the Quality Person, is knowledgeable, he seemed more focused on covering up the poor workmanship rather than ensuring a quality build. Overall, I’m appalled by the level of substandard work and the lack of accountability. report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Masterson Framing. The crew, particularly Jose, did a fantastic job with the framing, and Mark and Gary were excellent at managing the project. report abuse

  “I’ve been really pleased with the framing work Masterson Framing has done for my project in Fountain Hills. Mark and Mike, the managers, were fantastic – they were incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns, and really listened to what I needed. But the real stars are the framing crew, led by Jose. They’re a hard-working, reliable team, genuinely skilled and detail-oriented. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be adding a final review once the work is finished.” report abuse

  John and Teri have been incredibly pleased with Masterson Framing throughout the process of building their custom home. They’ve appreciated Gary, Mark, and Jose’s expertise and dedication, especially given the many changes required by the “custom” build.
