  Scott was initially helpful, taking the time to understand our project and outlining the significant investment – well over $400,000. He promised a quick review and estimate, but we followed up repeatedly seeking updates with no response. Ultimately, he simply sent a text message stating the project wasn’t a good fit, and didn’t even bother to return our voicemail requesting an explanation. report abuse
