  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Window & Glass Pros! I had a window break and they were incredibly responsive, providing a quick quote and getting the repair done quickly and professionally. The installation was spotless, and the new window looks fantastic. A few days later, a small crack appeared – it seems the temperature fluctuations caused some pressure. But honestly, it was no problem at all! Bodie and Richy were fantastic; they were both really friendly, efficient, and took care of the issue immediately. Richy was particularly fast when he came back to fix it. Seriously, these guys are top-notch. They provide excellent customer service and do amazing work. I wholeheartedly recommend Window & Glass Pros – 10/10, I’ll definitely be using them again for any window issues I have!” report abuse

  I was incredibly frustrated with my recent experience with this company. I put down a deposit to secure a window repair appointment, only to be told it was simply a holding fee. When our building unexpectedly shut down and we needed to cancel, they immediately insisted the deposit was non-refundable and that I was somehow bound to a contract I hadn’t seen or agreed to. They offered no proof of this contract and then went back and forth, first claiming it was nonexistent because the amount was under $1000, and then insisting it was a verbal agreement – without any record of it. They were incredibly dismissive, offering no helpful solutions and frankly, behaving rudely. It felt completely unethical to treat me this way, especially considering I wasn’t familiar with the process and they didn’t even bother to send me a contract or an email confirmation. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company; their customer service was unacceptable. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. We received a quote and paid a deposit for a window installation, scheduling it for two weeks out. Just 24 hours later, we were shocked to learn our building was being demolished, and the installation was canceled. However, the company suddenly informed us we were under contract and that our deposit was non-refundable – despite the fact we hadn’t signed anything and had never been informed of any agreement. The representative was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to provide their name and even questioning our expectations. The whole experience was unbelievably frustrating and unprofessional, and frankly, deceptive. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, and I’m pursuing a dispute with my bank due to what feels like fraudulent practices.” report abuse

  “I had a broken sliding glass door and reached out to Window & Glass Pros on Monday. Pat was super responsive and scheduled Robert to come out the next morning. Robert was fantastic – really professional and friendly, and he quickly got my door fixed. It was a really hot and humid day, so I made sure he had water, and he did a great job!   “Overall, I had a really positive experience with this company. I accidentally broke a window, and they responded quickly, scheduling a technician out within a day. Richy and Rob were fantastic – they were professional, thorough, making sure all measurements were accurate and kept me updated throughout the process.   “I can’t recommend Glass Pros enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Pat, the owner, was incredibly responsive and had someone out to my house the very same day I called. We discussed the job and I received my first quote the next day. I ended up getting five quotes, and Glass Pros definitely had the best one. But it wasn't just the price – the customer service was outstanding. They scheduled the work for Friday and it was completed perfectly by Monday morning.   “Nick and his partner did an absolutely fantastic job replacing the rollers on my huge slider patio doors. They were so quick and efficient, but also incredibly thorough – you could tell they really knew what they were doing.
