  I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. It felt like they weren’t taking my concerns seriously at all, and there was absolutely no attempt to actually resolve the major issues I was experiencing. I want to specifically mention Bobby Davis, Cathy Githens, Justin Cluff, and Cameron – their lack of responsiveness was deeply concerning. report abuse

  “I can’t recommend using this company. Frankly, I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of their work – it felt very rushed and they clearly cut corners.   Honestly, I was really disappointed. I don’t know how this company has managed to maintain such a high rating – I’d urge everyone to double-check their purchases and look into the company’s BBB rating for a more realistic picture of their service. report abuse
