  “We’ve been using Safeguard for about four years now, and generally it’s worked really well for us. However, recently we had a strange experience. A house guest accidentally triggered the alarm, and we immediately contacted the police to let them know we didn’t require a response. It was really odd though – the police told us they hadn’t received any notification from Safeguard about the alarm.” report abuse

  “Honestly, this leak detection system has been a huge disappointment from the start. It’s riddled with problems – we’ve been plagued by constant false alarms, and we felt completely misled about what the product actually covers.   “I’m currently trying to sell my house, and unfortunately, I’ve run into a really frustrating situation with Safeguard. I’ve contacted them multiple times to let them know we’re moving and to discuss getting out of our contract, but I haven’t received any response whatsoever.   “Honestly, I’d give Safeguard a zero if I could. We live in a condo complex serviced by them, and we’ve repeatedly had problems with the electrical panels and closets. It’s incredibly frustrating – they constantly trigger an alarm that goes off every couple of seconds.” report abuse

  “Since we completely remodeled our house, including taking everything back to the studs, we’ve been experiencing some really frustrating problems with the sensors going off – specifically around 3 and 4 am, and we’ve checked to make sure nobody’s actually trying to get in.
