  Mark did a fantastic job with our motion detector service. He was incredibly prompt and kept us updated on his arrival time. He was also really professional and took the time to ask if we wanted the sound level adjusted – that was a really thoughtful touch.   “Chase and CJ were fantastic – truly a great team to work with. They were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything really well, making the whole process smooth and easy to understand.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received after my store was burglarized. Not only was my business broken into, but the alarm company failed to even call me – they just sent a notification about a power failure. It’s unacceptable that they didn't prioritize contacting me during such a stressful situation. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
