  Rey was fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. I commissioned a survey of my property back in 2017, and he did a really thorough job, adding extra markers and pointing out some minor issues with the original ones, plus accurately measuring distances from my house to the property lines. It was great that he also let my neighbors know what he was doing beforehand, though I’m sure having someone with that kind of equipment around could still raise a few eyebrows. More recently, in 2024, I needed a CAD dxf of the original survey for my architect, and he turned it around in just one day – which was incredibly helpful and saved us a lot of time and money. Overall, he’s a very professional, responsive, and reliable surveyor, and a really good value for the price. report abuse

  Reynaldo was fantastic – I really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail when creating the survey for my West Seattle property. I was able to watch him work from home, and I was genuinely impressed with the care he put into everything, especially the detailed drawings he walked me through.   Reynaldo Escarez was fantastic to work with. We commissioned him to do a house survey back in 2015 for a remodel, and now we’re planning some landscaping. We needed a copy of that old survey for a consultation, but we couldn’t locate it. I reached out to Mr. Escarez, hoping he might be able to help, and he responded to my email within minutes! He was incredibly courteous and explained they keep records of all their projects, asking what format I’d prefer.   I had a really frustrating experience with Escarez Land Surveying. The representative I spoke with seemed completely dismissive of my needs. When I explained that I typically request an ALTA survey – which I’ve successfully used for my last two projects – he immediately told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m a contractor, and I’ve consistently received permits and COs, so I questioned him about what the City of Seattle would require, and he directed me to ask my architect. Honestly, it felt like he wasn’t interested in helping me. It was a very unprofessional and unhelpful interaction, and I’m still unclear about why he was so resistant. report abuse
