  Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my recent solar installation from A&R Solar. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Steve, my sales and design consultant, was incredibly helpful – he was so knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions, working with me to design a system perfectly suited to my home. What really stood out was his no-pressure approach; he gave me the time and information I needed to make informed decisions, even doing a thorough analysis of my roof and property to optimize the system’s efficiency. The estimate was also very competitive. The team was consistently professional, arriving on time for every appointment and email. And the installers themselves were absolutely top-notch – they worked incredibly fast and were genuinely helpful, even going the extra mile to assist with setting up my energy monitoring system. I even heard about their referral bonus through a friend who’d used their services, which was a nice touch.   “I couldn’t be happier with A&R Solar. We had a really frustrating experience with our previous installer, who wouldn’t even acknowledge the problem with our panels, even though they were still covered by warranty. A&R Solar stepped up and were fantastic – they really focused on finding a solution and it took some time and persistence on their part to get it sorted out, but I’m so grateful they didn’t give up. Mark Anderson was especially helpful, showing me how to monitor the panels through an app, which we didn't have originally.   “I’ve been consistently impressed with this company’s customer service. The technical team, like Tom, is truly knowledgeable and skilled – they’re always friendly and quick to respond. It’s fantastic to see that level of expertise hasn't changed. More recently, I had a problem with my inverter about eighteen months ago, and I was amazed when they proactively reached out to me. They sent someone out the very next day to resolve it completely under warranty.   “We were incredibly pleased with A&R’s work on our solar installation. From the initial free estimate and design all the way through the install and setup, they were consistently professional and knowledgeable. What really stood out was their proactive approach – they were aware of the new solar incentives that came out just before our installation and adjusted our plan, which ultimately resulted in a better system and significant savings for us. The entire project was completed in just three days, and we were generating power immediately after the inspection and meter install. We’re really happy with the combination of the Itek Panels and SolarEdge Inverter.
