  “We were so thrilled with the recent driveway renovation! We’d been planning this project for months, wanting to double the width and completely replace our old driveway. Aaron was fantastic – he came out quickly and gave us the best price. Despite it taking a few months to schedule, they were incredibly efficient. They confirmed everything just a few days before, and on Wednesday, they were there bright and early at 8am and finished up by 10:45am!   “We were incredibly pleased with the work the team did – it was truly outstanding and a really good value for the amount of work involved. They tackled our huge, complicated driveway – it’s a full circle in front of the house with a straight section leading to the carport and garage, and it’s built on a hill! – and they did a fantastic job getting everything perfectly level. They arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and finished up by noon, meticulously prepping the surface, edging around all the boundaries, sidewalks, and the road.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I initially contacted them about a driveway project, but unfortunately, I encountered consistently poor customer service. A scheduled visit was repeatedly moved and then canceled without any communication from the company to reschedule. Despite my attempts to understand the situation and reach out for a new appointment, my calls and texts to the owner and the company went unanswered. It feels like a deliberate attempt to deflect responsibility – a ‘cover your assets’ response – and I certainly wouldn’t recommend doing business with a company that can’t even respond to a simple inquiry. I seriously doubt they’d be responsive once a job is actually scheduled. report abuse
