  “I can’t recommend Skyreach. Honestly, it was a really frustrating experience and I’m concerned they tried to take advantage of us. We ordered a lift, providing them with photos of the space, and they suggested a 40ft unit – which seemed appropriate given how tight the area was. They delivered a 45ft unit directly into our parking lot, completely ignoring our concerns about it being too large. When our lift operator noticed it wasn't functioning correctly, we called to ask them to reposition it. A technician arrived who, in trying to fix the problem, managed to get the unit stuck and needed a crane to retrieve it. Following this, they aggressively charged my credit card $2,500 without even getting approval – it was completely out of the blue. The technician was incredibly rude and dismissive, basically telling us ‘it is what it is’ and hanging up on me. It’s just not how any reputable company operates; you send an invoice and then discuss payment. Getting in touch with them was a nightmare – multiple emails and calls just to get basic service. It felt like they were trying to scam us, and I’m currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. Please, be wary – don’t be lured in by their low initial prices like we were. I wish we’d gone with a more established company like SunBelt.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with Skyreach Glen Burnie. We got quotes from a few different lift companies, and they were the only ones who took the time to actually come out to the site and make sure the boom lift would truly meet our needs – not just in terms of height, but also that we had the right machine for the job. I’ve worked with a lot of lift companies over the years, and Jeff really stood out. He was incredibly knowledgeable and spotted a potential issue on site that I hadn’t even considered, which saved us a lot of trouble. Everything he explained was spot on, and we had a completely smooth experience with the rental – the delivery and pickup were both perfectly timed. I’d absolutely use Skyreach again and wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse

  Honestly, we had a really terrible experience with this rental company. They significantly overcharged us, and since then, they’ve completely ignored our calls and emails – it’s been impossible to get in touch with them. We definitely wouldn’t recommend using them. report abuse
