  “Rocky HVAC was fantastic! I called them around 7:20pm with a broken AC and they had a technician out to my house within just 20 minutes – by 7:50. He quickly diagnosed the problem – a bad capacitor – and luckily had the part in stock. My AC was back up and running by 8, and the technician even double-checked everything to make sure it was working properly and that my coolant levels were correct. The guys were really nice and friendly. They also offered a 30-day warranty on the repair, and the price was really reasonable considering how fast they responded and fixed the issue.   “I absolutely want to give a huge recommendation to Rocky HVAC. I had a maintenance issue with my AC and they were fantastic! They initially quoted a replacement cost of $13,000, but after I asked for a second opinion, they quickly discounted it to $9,900 right away. I held off and they called the next morning and lowered the price even further to $8,500! Seriously incredible service. My neighbor told me about them, and Rajan came out to take a look. He diagnosed the problem – just a need to replace the motor in the wind control – and fixed it for under $1,000. It’s working perfectly now! Honestly, I really appreciate their responsiveness and the fact that they’re a local, small business. They were so much better than dealing with a big company.   “We really appreciate the service Rocky and his team provided. We were dealing with a nine-year-old house that had some issues, particularly with our old heat pump unit which finally gave way during our coldest winter yet in January 2022. Our heating bills skyrocketed to $785 for almost two months! We were desperate and thankfully found Rocky. He not only let us choose the replacement unit ourselves, but he offered excellent recommendations and we ended up with a really solid unit that’s performed impressively over the past year. What really stood out was how quickly his crew responded – they were there within an hour of our first call, just needing to make a small adjustment outside.   Rocky did an absolutely fantastic job taking care of all our properties. We had a serious AC issue today, and he and his technician were incredibly responsive – they came out twice to get it resolved, and I was really impressed with the rate I was charged.
