Ed came out promptly, thoroughly assessed the problem, and suggested a sensible, cost-effective solution. They took a reasonable deposit and kept me updated, and Ed himself was incredibly professional and skilled. He did an outstanding job repairing my 20-year-old siding, and the repairs are virtually undetectable! I’m usually pretty particular about this kind of work, but Jerry’s truly nailed it.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. I was hoping to find a reliable roofing company to recommend to my solar customers, and I was let down by their complete lack of professionalism. My neighbor recommended them, and while his job seemed good, I scheduled a visit with a representative, only to receive a voicemail the day before, saying they were no longer servicing my area – even though they’d just finished work on my neighbor’s roof! They also didn’t even bother to call me promptly. It’s made me wary and I’ll definitely be advising my customers to avoid them.” report abuse

  “I’m absolutely thrilled with the work this company did on my new house! They really came through in a crisis – it was raining and they were incredibly fast getting the Cedar siding repaired. What impressed me most was that they identified other areas of the original siding that were already dry rotting and went above and beyond to address the whole problem. I also had them do my gutters, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Honestly, everything looks fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable.   I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Jerry’s siding. Not only did they fail to show up or communicate with me, but when I tried to get an update, the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them – it just seems like they’d only delay getting the work done that I needed. report abuse
