“They were professional and punctual when they came to provide an estimate, and we appreciated their courteous service. However, the estimate included a push for their membership program which felt a little over the top, and frankly, the price they quoted was five times higher than our other quotes. We paid for the estimate, but ultimately decided to go with a competitor offering a much more reasonable price. We don’t fault their service itself, just the significant difference in cost.”
