  Overall, I was really impressed with the teams I’ve worked with – everyone has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They’ve expertly navigated getting the right people to address my questions and concerns. I was especially pleased with the new roof panels and the electric/install teams; they worked together seamlessly and got fantastic results.   “Mal was fantastic – she really went above and beyond to help me get my system reset. She not only explained everything clearly, sending pictures of the ECU and its likely location, but when I still couldn’t find it, she even tracked down a picture of it installed in my home, which was a huge help. Once I had that visual, I was able to follow her instructions and get everything working perfectly.” report abuse

  Kaitlyn, DJ, Kelly, and Henry were an absolutely fantastic team – they really took care of everything. They were incredibly efficient and professional, and it was a pleasure having them assess the new roof.   Overall, the team did a fantastic job – really going above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. They were particularly clever maneuvering around the hydrangea plant near the meter, and the solar panel installation was quick and efficient.   Honestly, my experience with this company was really unsettling. The salespeople were incredibly aggressive and persistent, and they wouldn’t let me decline their services. It seems like a lot of my neighbors had similar negative experiences – one of them even had to call the police. I really doubt the company will admit to this kind of behavior, but anyone considering working with them should be aware that their sales tactics are far from polite or professional. report abuse

  Overall, this has been a really positive experience so far. The installation went quickly and the team was incredibly helpful and friendly to talk to. I’ll be sure to update my feedback as things move forward, but I did notice that the panels hadn’t been fully inspected and activated yet. report abuse

  Here’s a natural-sounding rewrite of the evaluation: “I was quite surprised to have this company visit my door three times this year. Initially, I was open to hearing what they had to say and did some research. However, the second visit was particularly concerning. The young representative wouldn’t leave me alone, despite me repeatedly saying ‘no.’ It felt disrespectful and, frankly, bordering on harassment. I really value politeness, but he continued to persist. I would encourage your team to ensure they understand and respect a firm ‘no.’ This issue was entirely related to the individual representative and not the company itself.” report abuse
