  Doug was fantastic! He came out on a Sunday afternoon, December 1st, to fix a broken ground holder above the meter and securely attach the electrical wires. He was really friendly, did a thorough job, and was incredibly professional. Plus, his rate was very reasonable. I’d definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing electrical work. report abuse

  Honestly, my experience with Doug was incredibly frustrating. I needed a quick quote based on a home inspection, and he initially seemed responsive, asking for the report right away. I sent it within ten minutes. However, he promised to get back to me with a quote the same day, and then nothing. I followed up the next day, and he admitted he’d forgotten about it due to a family dinner. Despite this, he still didn't deliver the quote. Subsequent attempts to reach him were met with further excuses – he was running errands and needed more time to work on the quote, specifically citing that he only works with paying customers. It felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time, and it became clear he lacked experience with larger projects. I ultimately had to find another company to handle this, and they were fantastic – truly understanding and responsive. I would absolutely not recommend Doug if you're under a tight deadline or have a property contract; his lack of accountability and disregard for customer time is unacceptable. report abuse

  “I was so incredibly grateful for the electrician who responded to our emergency call at 7pm. He was the only one I could find who was available, and he arrived right away – the next best option wouldn't have been until the following morning. When our building experienced an emergency and lost power, he immediately and professionally contacted us and our landlord to get us back up and running.   Doug White is fantastic – I couldn’t have asked for a better electrician. He was incredibly affordable, professional, and really knowledgeable about his work. What stood out most was how personable and punctual he was, and he was also very flexible to fit my needs.
