  “Pablo did an absolutely fantastic job! He was so responsive and got right to work, quickly diagnosing the issue with our dishwasher and even finding a replacement part himself. He was really resourceful and thoughtful, and it’s now working perfectly. To top it off, he also fixed two other appliances while he was here – we were incredibly impressed with his skills and how confident he seemed.   I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Zapata’s HVAC Systems. From the very beginning, Pablo was outstanding. We were having trouble getting a local company to even schedule an appointment – one said next Tuesday, another was only “possibly” coming tomorrow. I found Pablo through Yelp, and he responded instantly and came out the same day! He was incredibly professional, polite, and really easy to talk to, and he explained everything upfront, including his fees and how he planned to diagnose the problem.   Pablo is an absolutely fantastic contractor! I’ve used him extensively throughout my condo – he handled everything from lighting and PTAC replacements to plumbing and even cabinet installation. Seriously, I’ve recommended him to all my friends and I’ll definitely be using his services again for any future construction projects. What really sets him apart is his speed and his ability to get a good price. It’s so refreshing to work with someone who’s reliable and gets things done quickly, which is a huge benefit these days. I was in a really tough spot when a previous company completely let me down – I was stuck waiting months for a PTAC replacement through my insurance.   “Pablo did manage to correctly identify the issue with the HVAC system, which is good. However, his overall service was really lacking. He seemed quite unprofessional – he didn’t understand how to properly create quotes or invoices, and he was often disorganized and took shortcuts instead of following standard procedures. He even changed his prices multiple times and tried to overcharge me. Honestly, if you’re looking for a reliable and respectful service professional, I wouldn’t recommend him.” report abuse
