  “I had a really positive experience! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and the technician who came to my house was incredibly courteous and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing as he diagnosed the problem, and then clearly outlined all my options once he’d found the issue. It was great that he ordered the necessary part right away – I needed a new water pump for my well – and the whole job was done efficiently.   Jeremy was a really excellent technician. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the water system, worked with great care, and was just a pleasure to have around.   “I was really impressed with the service I received. I had a leaking issue with my tankless water heater and called in the evening. Chris, the technician, was incredibly responsive and came out first thing the next morning to diagnose the problem. He thoroughly explained everything to me and worked diligently to get it temporarily fixed until the replacement part arrives from the vendor. I needed a same-day appointment while working from home, and they were incredibly responsive, with Chris arriving within 1.5 hours. He was so clear and thorough in explaining my plumbing problem, and he even proactively let me know about potential challenges. He was completely upfront about the costs before starting any work, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how professional and courteous he was – he kept his work area spotless and was just a genuinely nice person.   Overall, the experience with Washington Gas was a bit frustrating, but the technician, Chris, was fantastic. They identified a gas leak at my meter around midnight and shut off the gas without contacting me, which I found concerning. While I waited to hear back, I appreciated their initial response. Thankfully, Chris arrived promptly and was incredibly professional – friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond by checking my water heater after I asked him to.   Chris was just incredible! He diagnosed and fixed our boiler problem in a ridiculously short amount of time – faster than Len the Plumbers could even replace it, and they were sending in two crews! While Len thought it needed a full replacement costing $5,000, Chris got it working perfectly. He not only fixed the immediate issue but also showed me how to troubleshoot it myself and gave me a clear breakdown of the different replacement options, from more affordable to premium.   Jeremy did a fantastic job diagnosing and replacing our old water heater – it was all taken care of the same day! The quality of the materials and the workmanship were excellent, and the new heater is working perfectly. Jeremy was really pleasant and efficient, and I especially appreciated how quickly Ben Franklin and his team got things sorted out once they identified the problem.   “This was a fantastic first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were incredibly responsive and Jeremy the plumber got to my place within hours! He was so thorough and did a really great job fixing the immediate problem with the water backup. He even took the time to explain what was going on and offered helpful suggestions for a more permanent solution.
