  Dan and his crew at Graf Plumbing were fantastic – we’ve used them twice now, and both times we were really impressed. The first time, we had a complete hot water tank emergency in January with a major leak, and they responded immediately. It’s clear they prioritize helping others in need, which is great to see! The second time, they handled a much bigger job installing a water filter, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. They were incredibly prompt and efficient, finishing the whole job in about 3-4 hours after taking care of the old appliances and cleaning up thoroughly. report abuse

  Dan was a really frustrating experience. We hired him twice to fix our shower, and both times he just didn't show up. His secretary didn't seem to pass on our request the first time, and then he simply didn’t answer when we tried to get in touch. Honestly, everyone involved with his business – the secretary, and even other people we spoke with – just didn't seem to care about our needs. It was a complete waste of time and effort, and I’d honestly trust a $1 pregnancy test more than dealing with him again. report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Graf highly enough! He’s a fantastic plumber – he recently installed my furnace, put in a new shower stall for me, and even replaced all the piping. I’ve become a regular customer for my heating needs, and he’s just a really easy and friendly guy to work with.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with this experience. I booked an appointment over a month ago and this morning I called to check on the status – I was told they expected him to be there between 11:00 and 1:00, but it’s now almost 4:00 and I still haven’t heard anything and they aren’t answering the phone.   “I was really frustrated with this experience. I took the whole afternoon off work to have this appointment, and they gave me a window of time – noon to 3. I called at noon to confirm, and was told they’d be a little later. Then, I didn’t hear from them until 3 pm to be told they wouldn’t be coming at all.
