  Jeremy is a really impressive technician – his expertise with doors and equipment was particularly appreciated, especially coming from a former maintenance tech himself. His apprentice, Jeremiah, is clearly learning quickly and heading in the right direction. I also want to commend the office staff, Barbara B., for their quick understanding of my issue before Jeremy arrived. It really speaks to a well-trained company-wide approach.   Jeremy and J&B were fantastic! They responded so quickly when we needed our garage door spring replaced, and the quote was really fair. The really amazing part was that we had an emergency and weren’t able to be home, but Jeremy still came out and fixed the door – talk about professional! Now our door is completely silent. We’re already planning to have them replace the spring on our other door in the near future.
