  Joe was absolutely fantastic to work with. He and his crew replaced all 30+ windows we needed, and honestly, his customer service and the quality of his work are truly exceptional. He really took the time to understand our needs, walked us through the entire window selection process, and kept us perfectly informed about the schedule.   Joe did a fantastic job replacing all 20 of our windows and the sliding door. We were really impressed with his price, which was fair, and he stuck to his promise of finishing the work within ten days, actually completing it in just six! He was also incredibly responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. The crew was fantastic – so professional, kind, and respectful, and they took amazing care to protect our house and leave it spotless when they were done.   Overall, Joe and his crew did a fantastic job transforming our sunroom. They replaced seven old sliders and a window, which had been a real problem – too cold in the colder months and way too hot in the summer. It wasn’t a straightforward installation, and Joe really impressed us with his creative solutions to ensure the new framing and molding blended seamlessly with the existing space. We’re absolutely thrilled with the finished result! Beyond that, Joe went above and beyond by providing us with a lot more information than we received from the other contractors we spoke with, which was incredibly helpful in our decision-making process.   “I can’t recommend Joe enough! Replacing so many windows – over 30 original ones, plus the interior doors and storm doors – was a huge undertaking, and honestly, a bit overwhelming at first. But Joe made the whole process incredibly smooth. He was so patient with me, walking me through all the different options and price ranges, and he worked with his distributors to get me multiple estimates. He even helped me figure out if we should go for the Massive rebates. What really stood out was his attention to detail and his willingness to let me take my time making decisions. His team was fantastic – really friendly, efficient, and they were great with our dog! They went above and beyond, covering everything in plastic to protect our floors while they worked, and they even took care of the inspection with the town. There was a small delivery issue that came up, but Joe handled it completely without us having to worry about a thing. And when one window needed a little adjustment, he fixed it right away.
