“We’ve been incredibly frustrated with this company’s lack of cooperation. Despite repeated efforts involving multiple engineers, they’ve consistently refused to provide the files and data from their work on our property. They’re even holding onto files from previous projects, and this has caused a significant amount of wasted time and money. Honestly, it's a very difficult situation to put a price on, but their actions have been deeply concerning. We feel they’re not honoring agreements, adding unnecessary demands like requiring us to use their surveyor when we have a trusted one we’ve used for years, and it feels like a complete breach of trust. Because of this, we cannot recommend their services. We’re seriously considering all available legal options to address the damages they’ve caused.”
