Honestly, the process with the outstanding items from the first year has been incredibly frustrating. It feels like their responses to our requests are immediately dismissed, and there’s a real lack of consistency in both the materials they’ve used and the design choices compared to the other models built at the same time.

I’m incredibly frustrated with the entire process of building my new house. Despite the purchase and sale agreement clearly outlining my right to access the property for inspections, I haven’t been allowed to view it. My questions and concerns were repeatedly dismissed until my lawyer intervened. I feel like I’ve been completely ignored and disrespected throughout this experience.
