  I had a really unsettling experience recently. I was working on a job site when representatives from Green Collar showed up with a group of their employees. Unfortunately, they made off with one of my power tools, and the company hasn’t offered any help or resolution – they basically said there’s nothing they can do about it. I’m extremely cautious about leaving tools or equipment out, and this was a really frustrating and concerning situation. report abuse

  I just wanted to share how incredibly pleased I was with the service provided by Todd and Brent. They recently installed two splitters at our home, and their workmanship was truly outstanding – so neat and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and left the whole place spotless, which was fantastic. Seriously, they were both incredibly courteous and went above and beyond. In a world where good customer service is rare, these guys are a real credit to Green Collar, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know. report abuse

  Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with the new heat pumps Green Collar installed for us. The process took a little time, but the team really went above and beyond to help us every step of the way – from the initial sealing and weatherization to the electrical work and the final installation, which Todd and Brent did a fantastic job with. Everyone we had working in our house was so friendly and clearly knowledgeable. I also want to give a special thanks to the whole team at the office, especially Sam our sales person, who was always so responsive and helpful with all our emails and phone calls. We wouldn't hesitate to use Green Collar again for any future projects. report abuse

  I was incredibly pleased with the work Green Collar did for me – Brandon, Georgie, and Nick were fantastic. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and were incredibly thorough. I especially appreciated that they took the time to protect all the walkways leading to the work areas. They really went above and beyond, completely air sealing the basement and attic, and insulating the attic. Everyone had a great attitude, and they left the whole place spotless. I’d done some research on the company beforehand, and it’s clear why they have so many positive reviews – I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any future projects. report abuse

  Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Green Collar! They recently installed insulation in our attic and basement, and we were really impressed with their professionalism. There was a slight delay on the first day due to our oversight, but Juan and his team went above and beyond to finish the job the next day – they really worked incredibly hard. Juan and his team were fantastic – so polite, helpful, and understanding of our questions, and even took care of our dog!
