“I absolutely loved it – they did a fantastic job!”

“I can’t recommend these surveyors. We hired them back in 2019 to survey a piece of land, and it turned into a nightmare. Three years later, when we were finally ready to build our house, we went to mark the property line to put up a fence. They’d completely mismeasured, adding about 10 feet to the boundary and giving half of it to our neighbor! I called them up, and the woman who answered, Lisa, just brushed it off, saying she’d look into it. Weeks went by with no action, and she even seemed to be avoiding me. Eventually, someone else took the case, and it took another three weeks for someone to actually come and look at the situation. Meanwhile, our 3-month-old German Shepherd got loose because we couldn't build a fence. They never showed up, never called, and never even bothered to remeasure. To add insult to injury, when someone finally did come, they just put a stake in the exact same spot where they’d made the initial mistake three years earlier, and then just walked away. They demanded we pay them again to fix their own error. It's been over three months, and our dog is still missing. Honestly, I wouldn't waste your time or money hiring them – it’s a complete disaster.”

Honestly, I was pretty shocked by the initial quote – they were asking $1500 for a boundary marker on a 2-acre property. It seemed incredibly high, and frankly, a bit of a joke. Also, I've found their store hours to be inaccurate, and they don’t seem to be available for service after 4 pm.
-
“It was disappointing to hear they couldn’t conduct the survey at my home – they explained they haven’t had experience working in my neighborhood before.”
-
“We were absolutely thrilled with the service – it was truly first class!”
-
He came across as quite rude and, frankly, unprofessional. It seemed like he might have been having a difficult day, but his behavior wasn’t appropriate.
-
“The team was fantastic to collaborate with – a really positive and supportive environment.”
-
This was a truly wonderful group of people – a really special family.
-
“Overall, this team consistently proved to be the most reliable and effective group to work with.”
-
“They were really professional and friendly – a pleasure to work with.”
