  Jared was fantastic – he texted us right on time and immediately got to work, taking the time to understand the job we needed done: connecting our water softener outlet to the sewer system. We went over the connection details to ensure everything was done to code, and he even checked with his boss. Remarkably, he got the necessary parts within a couple of hours and had the whole job finished. It was really reassuring to see such attention to detail and a confident, professional approach.   Jon was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to visit our home and thoroughly investigate replacing our old solar hot water system, spending over an hour researching our specific situation. Ultimately, he determined it wasn't the right time for a replacement, and, incredibly, didn’t charge us a single dime.   “I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company! Jon, the technician, was incredibly professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered some really helpful advice on preventative maintenance – I feel so much better knowing I’ve taken steps to avoid this happening again. I really appreciated that he gave me the option to do some of the work myself to save money, but ultimately decided to let him handle it to be sure it was done right. He even sent me an email with before and after pictures of the p-traps – it was shocking how dirty they were! And, on top of that, he noticed my dishwasher line was hanging low and corrected it for me. Seriously, top-notch service and I’ll definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues.” report abuse

  “Matt and his team were absolutely fantastic! We were in a really tough situation – our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and we were getting a gas smell, which thankfully the gas company addressed quickly. They completely took care of the furnace and even replaced our old water heater with a much more efficient tankless system. What really impressed us was their professionalism – they were incredibly courteous, took amazing care to protect our floors with tarps, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up every bit of mess they made. He was able to pinpoint an installation issue with my humidifier that was causing water to drip onto my furnace, and I’m so grateful he caught it before it could cause any real damage.
