  Overall, we were incredibly happy with the work McCarters did on our home. They tackled the rotted wood on our overhang soffits and did a fantastic job painting everything – it really freshened up the whole house. The team was fantastic; everyone was so hardworking and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were thrilled with the finished product. I especially appreciated how patient and helpful they were when I was struggling to choose a color scheme; they really took the time to understand what I wanted. They were quick and efficient, but most importantly, they delivered a beautiful result. I’d absolutely recommend McCarters to anyone needing a similar project done. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with McCarter Construction. I had a pretty small siding repair – something many companies wouldn’t bother with, but they were happy to take on the job. Jim was fantastic; he arrived promptly, did a really neat job fixing the missing piece on my roof and even cleaned up a tricky spot on the siding.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work done on my siding. I contacted them after noticing some warping and water damage, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They communicated everything clearly, kept me updated as they uncovered additional issues, and I really appreciated how transparent they were about the changing scope of the project and the associated costs – something I hadn’t always experienced with other contractors. The crew, especially with John McCarter leading them, was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and did a really precise job.   I couldn’t be happier with the work John McCarter Construction did on our house. They completely replaced our old, damaged wood siding, and the team really went above and beyond – they put in some seriously long hours, often starting as early as 7:30 am and working until 8:00 pm. Everyone was incredibly respectful and polite, and the quality of their work was fantastic. The office staff were also professional and super helpful. Honestly, I felt like I got great value for the money, and I wholeheartedly recommend them if you're looking for reliable contractors. report abuse

  John Carter Construction really came through for me! I had a piece of siding flapping around in the wind and needed it fixed fast. They were fantastic from the start – they offered the best price and got the job scheduled right away. Jim and Nathaniel were incredibly efficient and professional; they quickly diagnosed the problem and had the siding securely repaired in no time at all. They were both so courteous and knowledgeable. I’ve had some pretty strong winds and rain since, and I’m so relieved to say the siding is still rock solid.   “I’ve been so pleased with John McCarter Construction – I actually recommended them to several neighbors years ago, and everyone I spoke with had nothing but amazing things to say about their work, particularly on some aluminum trim repairs. This time, we needed new caulking around our recently reglazed windows and doors, and Jim, the technician who handled the job, was just outstanding. He tackled the entire project – 13 double casement windows, two doorwalls, and our front and rear entry doors – working through some really intense heat and delivering a phenomenal, flawless result. Honestly, they set the standard for quality and service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. You definitely won’t be disappointed with the price or the incredible workmanship!” report abuse
