  Overall, the team did a fantastic job renovating our staircase. They tackled the whole thing – upstairs, downstairs, and even the really wide, steep section of our 1924 house with the original floors. When they finished, the space felt warm and inviting. I had cautioned them to be mindful of the baseboards and stair risers, as they would be sanded and painted, but they were incredibly careful and I didn’t see any evidence of a sander wandering around. It was a particularly difficult job with an old, sticky varnish and a huge 1902 piano to maneuver, but they delivered excellent results at a fair price. report abuse

  “I was so thrilled with the work A-Z did on my floors! They’d really taken a beating over the years – multiple water leaks and, honestly, four dogs living there for fifteen years had left their mark. Van was understandably focused on getting everything absolutely perfect, but I just wanted a significant improvement. Kim got me scheduled really quickly, and Van and his crew were fantastic, working diligently for several days until the job was completely finished.
