  Gregg did a fantastic job – he was incredibly professional and really went the extra mile to ensure everything was done thoroughly. He kept me updated every step of the way, and when an unexpected issue popped up, he immediately explained what was happening and how he was going to address it. I especially appreciated that he didn’t charge me for the extra time it took to resolve the problem; it showed a real commitment to customer service and built a great sense of trust. report abuse

  Ace Handyman Services Southern Maine did an absolutely fantastic job painting the trim on our home. They tackled some really tricky aspects – our ranch home has a large, attached garage and enclosed deck, plus some unique architectural features like wide, boxed soffits with metal vents – which definitely made the job more challenging. Jordan was incredibly thorough, applying up to four coats where needed and even took care of some small repairs. He was a pleasure to work with – polite, professional, and really listened to our concerns. We’d absolutely hire them again for any future projects. Just a note for anyone getting quotes for painting jobs: be sure to give a very detailed description of the project’s scope and dimensions to get an accurate estimate. report abuse

  Jordan from Scarborough Ace Handyman Services did a fantastic job tackling a pretty extensive list of repairs at my house. I had a few loose floor tiles near the cellar, some faulty electrical outlets and switches, a sliding cabinet that kept opening, sticking cabinet doors, and a bifold closet door that was difficult to open. Jordan was on time, professional, and really took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He walked me through each issue and I appreciated that I’d already bought the electrical components so we could ensure the colors matched. He got straight to work and completed almost everything within the four-hour window I’d booked. He was upfront about needing a follow-up appointment to finish the tile work after the adhesive dried, and offered to swap out the worn hinges on the cabinet doors if I was willing to purchase new ones. Throughout the whole process, Jordan was incredibly pleasant and helpful, always explaining his work and why he was doing it. I’d absolutely recommend Scarborough Ace Handyman Services and, in fact, I’ll be requesting Jordan again for my next project! report abuse
