“I had a really frustrating experience with customer service. The representative I spoke with was incredibly dismissive; she constantly interrupted me with “mhm” and made me feel like I wasn’t being heard.”

I was really disappointed with Alarm New England’s service. They completely refused to work on my home alarm system, even though Associated Alarm, who originally installed it, is now part of their company. They essentially said they wouldn’t service the system unless I paid them extra.
