  I was really disappointed with Alarm New England’s service. They completely refused to work on my home alarm system, even though Associated Alarm, who originally installed it, is now part of their company. They essentially said they wouldn’t service the system unless I paid them extra. report abuse

He was incredibly patient, taking the time to walk me through the entire security system and even suggested some extra security measures that seemed really smart – but he never pushed anything.
