  Working with Wellen Construction on these two oral surgery office projects was truly a fantastic experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. My project manager, Rob, was incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented – he consistently ensured everything was built exactly to the design specifications and my needs. He also worked seamlessly with my architect, and his careful supervision of the entire project was invaluable. Honestly, I’ve heard some really negative stories about other construction companies, but Wellen was a breath of fresh air.   “I had a fantastic experience working with Wellen on my recent dental office construction project back in 2019. Their project managers were incredibly responsive and made the entire process so smooth and efficient. They did a fantastic job building out the 4200 square feet and transforming over 1.5 acres of land into beautiful landscaping – it was all completed in just 8 months. While they weren’t the absolute cheapest option, the speed and efficiency of the entire team of subcontractors really paid off. I was able to stay on schedule and minimize change orders, ultimately recouping my investment thanks to the quick turnaround.
